Responsible use of ENKI.

These terms apply when you access or use the ENKI website and its health-companion features. By using ENKI, you agree to use it only for lawful health education and self-management support.

01

Health education, not medical care

ENKI provides general education, organization and self-management support. It does not create a clinician-patient relationship and does not diagnose, prescribe, change medication or guarantee an outcome. Always discuss personal medical decisions with a qualified professional.

02

Emergency situations

Do not use ENKI for emergency care. Contact local emergency services for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, including chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, fainting, stroke-like weakness, uncontrolled bleeding, suicidal intent or another possible emergency.

03

AI and calculator limitations

AI can misunderstand context or produce incorrect information. Calculators use defined formulas and limited inputs; they are not a clinical assessment. Verify important information with source material and your care team.

04

Accounts

Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and notify ENKI if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

05

Acceptable use

You may not use ENKI to harm others, access another person's data, bypass safeguards, extract credentials, control infrastructure, introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape protected content or violate applicable law.

06

Content and intellectual property

ENKI's interface, original copy, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in information you submit. You grant ENKI the limited permission needed to process that information and provide the requested service.

07

Third-party services and sources

Some features rely on external providers or link to independent health sources. Their services and content may be governed by separate terms. A link or citation does not mean ENKI controls the external site.

08

Availability and changes

ENKI may change, suspend or discontinue prototype features, particularly features that currently use temporary server-memory storage. We aim for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent retention unless stated for a specific service.

09

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ENKI is provided on an as-available basis. ENKI is not responsible for clinical decisions made without professional advice or for losses caused by misuse, unsupported assumptions or events outside reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Material changes may require additional notice. Questions can be sent through the Contact route.
