Sign in, open your ENKI space and choose Send feedback. Use this route for product ideas, accessibility issues or something that is not working.
Content corrections
Choose Content correction in the feedback form. Include the page, the exact sentence or data point, why it may be wrong and any authoritative source that supports the correction.
Privacy and account requests
Use the feedback form and select Other. State whether your request concerns access, correction, export, deletion or another privacy question. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
Not a clinical or emergency channel
ENKI cannot provide personal diagnosis or urgent medical care through feedback. For severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, fainting, stroke-like symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, suicidal intent or another possible emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Response expectations
Product and content messages are reviewed operationally, but this channel is not continuously monitored and does not guarantee a clinical response. Do not include information that is unnecessary for the request.
