ENKIBack to ENKIEditorial responsibility
The ENKI Health Editorial Team is accountable for selecting topics, documenting sources, maintaining revision dates and responding to corrections. Medical educational material also follows the clinical source-review process described below.
Evidence hierarchy
We prefer current clinical-practice guidelines, government and public-health sources, systematic reviews, peer-reviewed research and official medicine information. Commercial summaries, social posts and unsourced AI output are not sufficient evidence for a medical claim.
Clinical review
Medical educational content is reviewed with licensed physicians practicing in China. Individual names are not published because of professional and privacy constraints. The review checks medical accuracy, risk wording, scope and source quality. It supports health education only and does not provide patient-specific advice or create a clinician-patient relationship.
AI-assisted work
AI may assist with drafting, organization or translation, but it may not publish medical claims automatically. Source verification, risk wording and final publication remain an editorial responsibility. AI companion responses are generated for the current conversation and are not treated as reviewed articles.
Localization
Translations must preserve medical meaning, units, emergency warnings and source context. High-risk content requires language-appropriate review; machine translation alone is not sufficient for a medically reviewed label.
Dates and review triggers
Public health pages should display publication or update dates and source information. A page is reviewed when guidance changes, a safety concern is reported, a cited source is withdrawn, a medicine indication changes or the scheduled review date is reached.
Corrections
Readers can report an issue through Contact and select Content correction. Material errors should be corrected promptly, with the update date changed and a correction note added when the previous wording could have affected a health decision.
Independence
ENKI does not currently sell placement in medicine, food or health-reference results. Future sponsorship or commercial relationships must be clearly disclosed and must not determine safety ratings or clinical conclusions.
